茭白炒肉片(茭白炒肉丝的做法)
大家好,我是王锅锅。我与大家分享一下茭白炒肉丝的做法,首先准备茭白一斤左右,洗干净切丝。水烧开焯水五秒,凉水冲凉备用。半斤猪里脊,洗干净切丝,再用水洗净沥干水,装碗中调入生抽、料酒抓捏出浆,再调入红苕淀粉抓匀,封上明油。锅内烧热油,油温五成下入肉丝滑六成熟捞岀沥油备用。锅内下猪油,熟菜仔油。油温四成热,下入蒜片,小米辣圈圈,泡海椒(|个切滚刀)炒香。锅离火口,下入青椒丝少量,下茭白与肉丝,调入白糖、盐、味精、鸡精、少许生抽,开大火爆炒,至肉丝九成熟时下小葱段,翻炒两下岀锅装盘。如下视频~
